1 Artikel 105
1. Bundesgesetze beschließt die Staatsduma.2. Bundesgesetze werden mit Stimmehrheit der Gesamtabgeordnetenzahl der Staatsduma beschlossen, sofern die Verfassung der Rußländischen Föderation nichts anderes vorsieht. 3. Von der Staatsduma beschlossene Bundesgesetze werden innerhalb von fünf Tagen dem Bundesrat zur Behandlung zugeleitet. 4. Ein Bundesgesetz gilt als vom Bundesrat gebilligt, wenn mehr als die Hälfte der Gesamtzahl der Mitglieder dieser Kammer dafür gestimmt hat oder wenn es binnen vierzehn Tagen vom Bundesrat nicht verhandelt worden ist. Wird das Bundesgesetz vom Bundesrat abgelehnt, so können die Kammern einen Vermittlungsausschuß zur Überwindung der entstandenen Meinungsverschiedenheiten bilden, wonach das Bundesgesetz erneuter Verhandlung durch die Staatsduma unterliegt. 5. Ist die Staatsduma mit der Entscheidung des Bundesrates nicht einverstanden, so ist das Bundesgesetz beschlossen, wenn bei der erneuten Abstimmung nicht mindestens zwei Drittel der Gesamtabgeordnetenzahl der Staatsduma dafür stimmen. __________ <На английском языке см. 1. Les lois fédérales sont adoptées par la Douma d'Etat.2. Les lois fédérales sont adoptées à la majorité des voix de l'ensemble des députés à la Douma d'Etat si la Constitution n'en a pas disposé autrement. 3. Les lois fédérales adoptées par la Douma d'Etat sont transmises dans les cinq jours à l'examen du Conseil de la Fédération. 4. La loi fédérale est considérée comme approuvée par le Conseil de la Fédération si plus de la moitié de l'ensemble des membres de cette chambre ont voté en sa faveur ou si elle n'est pas examinée par le Conseil de la Fédération dans les quatorze jours. En cas de rejet d'une loi fédérale par le Conseil de la Fédération, les chambres peuvent constituer une commission de conciliation pour éliminer les désaccords apparus, après quoi la loi est renvoyée en seconde lecture à la Douma d'Etat. 5. En cas de désaccord de la Douma d'Etat avec la décision du Conseil de la Fédération, la loi fédérale est considérée comme adoptée si lors du second vote ont voté en sa faveur au moins les deux tiers de l'ensemble des députés à la Douma d'Etat. __________ <На английском языке см. 4 Article 105
1. Federal laws shall be adopted by the State Duma.2. Federal laws shall be adopted by a majority of votes of the total number of the deputies of the State Duma, unless otherwise envisaged by the Constitution of the Russian Federation. 3. The federal laws adopted by the State Duma shall be submitted in five days for the consideration of the Council of the Federation. 4. A federal law shall be considered to be approved by the Council of the Federation, if over a half of the total number of the members of the chamber have voted for it or if the Council of the Federation does not consider it in fourteen days. In case the Council of the Federation rejects a law, the chambers may create a conciliatory commission for overcoming the contradictions that arose, after which the federal law shall be recognized by the State Duma. 5. In case the State Duma disagrees with the decision of the Council of the Federation, a federal law shall be considered adopted, if during the second vote not less than two thirds of the total number of the deputies of the State Duma supported it. __________ <На русском языке см.
